I wrote this paper as part of the seminar course ‘La structure du DP dans les langues romanes’ in the spring semester of 2025

The idea of the paper was to review a topic related to the Determiner Phrase (DP) in Romance Languages. This paper therefore reviews research on the acquisition of French DPs in first (L1) and second language (L2) learning, with a focus on how developmental patterns differ between L1 and L2 learners.
